Johns Island Code
Zoning on Johns Island is about to change. A new Johns Island Code is being developed to serve the unique characteristics of the area within the Urban Growth Boundary. The code will reflect recommendations made in the 2007 Johns Island Community Plan and will guide future development patterns.
