The City Prosecutor's Office
The City Prosecutor’s Office ensures the rights and safety of the public are protected by fairly and vigorously prosecuting violations of City ordinances and statutes. The Prosecutor’s Office prosecutes criminal cases in the Municipal Court, represents the City with appeals in the Circuit Court, represents the City in forfeiture actions, and serves as a member of the City’s Code Enforcement Board.
