Charleston Police Pipes and Drums
Founded in 1995 by Chief Reuben Greenberg, The City of Charleston Police Pipes and Drums has represented the Charleston Police Department at numerous events.

With an active roster of 39 (33 civilian volunteers, and 6 active duty officers), the band travels much of the Lowcountry as well as the southeastern United States performing at parades, public events, Scottish highland games, and funerals.

The Band also competes at two levels, Grade V and Grade III. Grade V practice is every Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, and every Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Grade III practice is every Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, and every Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at The Citadel's Band Room in Coward Hall.
